That sounds like a good call - naming it like a story would make it stand out more among the many fanmade alternate universes.
Try combining cool names of things you like. My animated series project is called "The Enchanted Ones from Santos", i wanted something like "Grand Theft Auto San Andreas" or "Grand Theft Auto Vice City", but wanted a kinda silly name like "Old Funeral" or "Cool Feet", so i took the city part from grand theft auto (Santos in my case) and fused with a song by Old Funeral - Incantation.
