Ok, Now on the surface one could say a pic like this:

Because there is so much detail involved in them. However, much like playing an insturment in a certain style of music, constant practice could condition and fine tune you into being able to make something like this in less time. There are speed artists that could draw and colour something like that in seconds.

On the surface people would assume it took less effort to draw this out, because they're basically Emojis with bodies. However, for all I know, a lot of fine tuning probably went into making it LOOK as minimal as possible. Like adding clay to a sculpture then hacking away the inessentials.
I would say you spent more time on the second one between the two listed here.
